Job Details

Duties:

* Performs complex analytical and data input functions with responsibility to insure the maximum utilization of assigned contractors (Owner Operators). Coordinates the planning, movement of available loads from Agents and field offices/terminals with Owner Operators. Provides direct communication to the Owner Operators coordinating the required FMCSA and administrative compliance.

* Meet daily revenue goals for the division.

* Insure that assigned fleet contractors (owner operators) achieve the monthly IRS form 1099 revenue goal per unit.

* Manage and issue the contractor load advance ensuring compliance to established guidelines (40% of L/H revenue plus 50% of applicable FSC).

* Maintain the assigned fleets contractor turnover to no more than one cancellation per month.

* Manage customer on-time performance requirements utilizing operating system updates for in transit check calls and proactive actions (re-power, rescheduling delivery appointment) to insure compliance to customer performance standards.

* Manage assigned fleets vehicle operator compliance in attending safety meetings. (Two meetings annually)
