Responsibilities:
* Provide direct care in accordance with individual care plans.
* Assist with daily living activities like bathing and grooming.
* Monitor health status and communicate changes to supervisors.
* Prepare meals and offer companionship.
What We're Looking For:
* Must be at least 18 years old.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* At least 1 year of care-giving experience, preferably with seniors.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently.
* Valid driver's license and reliable transportation; background check required.
