Job Details

1. Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with other departments to address legal concerns and provide guidance.

2. Contract Management: Review and assess all contracts, cooperation agreements, memoranda of understanding (MOUs), and nondisclosure agreements (NDAs). Provide legal insights and risk assessments. Prepare, amend, and comment on these documents.

3. Payment Requisition Compliance: Verify payment requisitions from other departments against contractual terms. Collaborate with relevant departments to process claims.

4. Board of Directors (BOD) Meeting Minutes: Prepare accurate minutes for BOD meetings related to DICA processes, government stamp processes, and other relevant matters.

5. Contract Register Maintenance: Maintain an organized contract register list, including both soft copies and original hard copies. Ensure compliance with contractual obligations.

6. Overdue Payment Management: Advise and prepare responses for overdue payment cases. Handle company notices, lawyer correspondence, and negotiation processes.

7. Legal Document Review and Comment: Review, prepare, and comment on legal documents, including contracts, cooperation agreements, MOUs, NDAs, and other legal matters.

8. Legislative Awareness: Stay informed about alterations in legislation. Ensure the organization's practices align with legal requirements.

9. Government Law: Collect and maintain relevant rules and laws regarding the execution of each business. Translate to English.

• Proven experience in legal roles within a business environment.
• Excellent knowledge of corporate law and procedures.
• Understanding of external environmental influences on corporations.
• Ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies.
• Strong judgment and analytical skills.
• Outstanding communication abilities.
