Staffmark is seeking a reliable Plasma Helper to assist with daily operations in a fast-paced shop environment. You'll support the Plasma Cutter by preparing materials, handling finished products, and maintaining a clean and organized work area. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their skills in a hands-on industrial setting.

Pay: $14 - $16/hour (based on experience)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 6:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities:

• Assist Plasma Cutter with daily tasks and material preparation
• Pull materials for jobs and organize orders for production
• Read and use a tape measure accurately
• Remove and organize finished products
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE at all times
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Requirements:

• Entry-level; minimum 6 months of general labor/shop experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
• Must follow safety protocols and wear PPE consistently
