Dykemas Los Angeles office seeks a Staff Attorney to join its National Discovery Counsel team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in California Breachof Warranty law, particularly in automotive-related litigation. This position requires a deep understanding of California breach of warranty laws, experience defending corporate depositions, and proficiency in handling discovery-related motions to compel. Attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlines are essential. The location is flexible within California, but travel is required as needed to attend court hearings, primarily in Los Angeles. Admission to the California Bar is required.
