Role Overview

Your goal is to drive revenue growth by positioning ABCO as the go-to provider for comprehensive, reliable, and cost-effective facility services.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial clients across NY, NJ, PA, and CT
• Conduct needs assessments to propose customized service packages
• Present ABCOs full range of offeringsfrom janitorial and handyman services to emergency repairs
• Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional client service and follow-through
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Track sales metrics, pipeline activity, and client feedback using CRM tools
