Clean, repair, test, install, and maintain NOV WFL Brand products at NOV Service Facility(s). Communicate product failures and feedback reports to the appropriate departments. Provide supporting documentation per NOV WFL procedures. Complete and submit work pack documentation in a timely manner. Service and repair of customer property items relating, but not limited to, Elmar, Anson, and Axelson brand product lines as supported by the WFL Aftermarket business unit. Carry out all duties in accordance with the QA procedures and departmental work instructions. Ensure all work performed is in a quality minded, tidy & accurate manner, prepare all surfaces and components as necessary to ensure no damage occurs during assembly and testing. Actively participate in training as identified by the Service Manager. Engage in additional job activities as requested by the District/ Branch or Service Manager/ Supervisor.
