We provide recruiting services in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Administration, Customer Service, and all other professional services. This is a fully remote position focusing on headhunting and placing top attorneys and paralegals across the US. There is no sales component, no business development, no cold calling, and no outdated processes. This role is centered on recruitment directly.

Responsibilities
  • Source, recruit, and headhunt top legal talent nationwide for attorney and legal support roles
  • Utilize recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ZoomInfo, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Monster, and ZipRecruiter
  • Develop an understanding of client needs to ensure precise, high-quality placements
  • Conduct thorough screenings and evaluations of candidate experience, skill set, and fit
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to execute hiring strategies and meet client expectations
  • Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the hiring process
  • Stay informed about legal hiring trends and market conditions
  • Provide regular reports and performance insights to management
Requirements
  • Proven top biller with a track record in legal recruiting
  • 4+ years of full-cycle legal recruiting experience with successful placements
  • Skilled at sourcing, engaging, and closing top legal talent
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority searches simultaneously
  • Strong negotiation skills for salary discussions
  • Proficiency with recruiting technology, databases, and industry platforms
  • Deep knowledge of the legal industry, hiring standards
  • Strong problem-solving and communication abilities
  • Relentless, results-driven mindset
  • Bachelors degree preferred but not required
