A leading manufacturer in the electronics industry is seeking a Human Resources Manager in the Lafayette, Louisiana area.
Candidates Must Have:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field is required for this role.
- 3+ years of human resources management experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience as a human resources leader in a manufacturing environment with 300+ employees.
- Demonstrated employee relations, recruitment and benefits experience.
- Working knowledge of US Federal and State employment laws.
- PHR, SPHR or SHRM certification is a plus for this role, not a requirement.
