• Maintain clear, proactive communication with clients and opposing parties
• Collaborate with experienced paralegals and legal staff
• Conduct legal research and stay up to date on Minnesota family law
• Ensure ethical and professional standards are consistently upheld
• Keep casework organized and moving forward through strong follow-through

• Licensed and in good standing with the Minnesota Bar
• 2+ years of experience in family law, with familiarity in MN procedures
• Detail-oriented and dependableyoull have strong systems and paralegal support behind you
• Skilled in clear, professional communication with clients, courts, and colleagues
• Able to manage multiple cases with structure and efficiencyour team handles intake, billing, and admin so you can focus on your legal work
• Comfortable using legal and case management technologywe provide Clio, MS Office, Westlaw, and more to streamline your day
• Collaborative and open to feedbackwe work as a team, not in silos
