Compensation & Benefits Manager

Description:

BGSF has partnered with a company seeking to hire for position of Compensation & Benefits Manager.

Location in Lafayette, Louisiana with full onsite work model.

This role will is responsible for the direction, compliance, and administration of compensation, benefits and incentive programs .

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources or related field required
  • 7+ years proven experience in a similar role with a strong emphasis on Benefits Administration and regulatory reporting
  • Compensation knowledge (including executive compensation experience)
  • Job evaluation experience - basic understanding/knowledge of compensation and how to approach job evaluations (will work closely with business partners)
  • Strong Excel proficiency (I ntermediate to Advance knowledge including pivot tables, Lookups, etc) - there will be heavy analysis of data required
CONSIDERED STRONG PLUS:
  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) a plus
  • CEBS certificate preferred
  • Understanding benefits from broker lens
SOFT SKILLS
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail in plan analysis and reporting
  • Ability to address complex issues and provide data-driven solutions.
  • Excellent communications: both written and verbal, vendor management, and project coordination skills
