Staffmark is hiring a Quality Support Technician to support daily operations in the filling room for a leading manufacturing facility in Lafayette, LA. Pay: $18.50/hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM | Rotating schedule, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update Master Batch Record documentation
• Monitor bulk lotion and component levels throughout production
• Observe and ensure product quality on production lines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Collaborate with team members to meet delivery objectives
• Support Filling Room Lead and Quality Technician as needed

Qualifications:

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Able to complete documentation accurately and on time
• Strong math, problem-solving, and basic computer skills
• Comfortable taking initiative and leading within a team
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Safety-focused, reliable, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and holidays)
• Forklift experience preferred, but not required
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs regularly, with the ability to lift up to 100 lbs preferred
• Comfortable working in confined spaces and physically demanding environments
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, twist, and kneel throughout a 12-hour shift
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment a plus
