Description:
This job functions autonomously to deliver physical therapy treatment either through referral or direct to consumer. Evaluates patients, develops treatment plans, assesses patients, and monitors progress toward treatment goals. Ensures patient needs are met through access to care, patient experience, and quality of care metrics. Assists in program development and enhancement to meet patient and community needs.
Education Required Bachelor's degree in physical therapy.
Experience Required Minimum of 2 years
Certifications Required Current physical therapy license in the state of practice.
