The Associate Director will provide technical leadership in the Office of Institutional Research by overseeing the design, management, and analysis of institutional data. This position will combine expertise in institutional research, data engineering, and analytics to support academic and operational strategies. This role involves managing data infrastructure, designing data models, and collaborating with campus stakeholders to deliver actionable insights that support data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities include:Data Management:Develop and maintain data models to consolidate data from various sources, including the Operational Data Store and external datasets, to be used in institutional reporting, metrics, and special studies.
