The end users of this equipment include all the major LNG, petrochemical and air separationengineering on a worldwide basis. The facility is located at the Port of Iberia.What Will You Do?Assist in developing and implementing shop standards and improvementsProvides instruction on fitting techniques, proper tools and proper proceduresAssists in developing and presenting formatted training materialsWorks independently in all areas of the shop with fitters and welders in order to raise the level of quality in fitting and solving problemsWorks to identify opportunities for technology improvementsMakes training recommendations to supervisorsProvides follow up reports to production supervision on observed deficiencies in fittingBe able to identify fit up issues rapidly and address them quicklyPromotes safety, honesty and integrity on the jobRequired to work at elevated heights up to 75ftAdd'l duties and responsibilities may be assignedYour Physical Work Environment Will Require…Your Experience Should Be...Must have through knowledge of departmental operationsMust have a complete support of safety proceduresMust have thorough knowledge of shop standardsMust be able to communicate professionally with people at all levels and remain calm and objectiveBe a self-starter, creative thinker, reliable and able to work with minimal supervisionMust have good communication skills, especially orally.
