Responsibilities:

• Apply analytical methods to complex business problems to drive data-informed decisions.
• Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools.
• Translate non-technical business requirements into technical solutions, and vice versa.
• Conduct independent research and analysis to identify and deliver data solutions.
• Ensure data quality by applying established principles and standards.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through reports and presentations.
• Collaborate across teams to support high-level decision-making processes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Statistics, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role.
• Proficiency in SQL programming.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Ability to work independently on end-to-end projects.
• Strong quantitative and analytical abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools.
• Experience with statistical modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, Azure ML).
• Solid understanding of healthcare industry or related domain knowledge.
• Strong design and data visualization skills.
• Experience in applying data quality standards.

Work during normal business hours (Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.). This job description is not exhaustive and duties may change.
