We're seeking an experienced EDI Billing Specialist with sales tax knowledge to handle billing, accounts receivable, and collections in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment. Schedule: 7 am - 4 pm/5 pm (Based on workload) Pay Rate: $20 - $27/hr. Key Responsibilities: Manage accounts receivable and collections with accuracy and efficiency. Handle multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Take ownership of your work with minimal supervision. Collaborate with major functional leaders across the company. Manage accounting for fixed asset/equipment rentals, employee man-hour charges, and inventory sales. Utilize your advanced Excel skills and Microsoft Office expertise. Qualifications: 3-5 years of accounts receivable and collections experience. Sales tax knowledge is a must. Background in oilfield services accounting.
