The Research Associate, Pre-Clinical Technologist 1 will independently conduct in life procedures utilizing non-human primates and/or rodent models of infectious studies, nutrition, cardiovascular, efficacy, immunogenicity, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics. Other duties to include:In life study task performance including diversified dose administration, biological sample and tissue collections in compliance with NIRC Standard Operating Procedures and study specific research protocols. Conduct acclimation training for pole and collar restrainer system. Apply species specific affiliated behavior and positive reinforcement techniques to facilitate model develop for alert studies.
