The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology at Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center School of Medicine in New Orleans, is seeking an academic Pediatric Gastroenterologist specialist to join our faculty group at our satellite location in Lafayette, Louisiana. Academic appointment will be at the rank of Assistant Professor, Associate Professor or Professor of Clinical Pediatrics (non-tenure, clinical track) depending on prior experience. The successful candidate will participate in a broad range of pediatric gastroenterology activities. Primary clinical responsibilities of the position include patient care and consultations at a multidisciplinary clinic that serves the Lafayette/ Baton Rouge region. This unique position offers the opportunity to work independently in Lafayette, Louisiana, while being part of a respected academic group in New Orleans.
