Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Apply analytical methods to complex business problems to drive data-informed decisions
- Design and develop data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or similar tools
- Translate non-technical business requirements into technical solutions, and vice versa
- Conduct independent research and analysis to identify and deliver data solutions
- Ensure data quality by applying established principles and standards
- Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through reports and presentations
- Collaborate across teams to support high-level decision-making processes
- Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Statistics, Computer Science, Informatics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role
- Proficiency in SQL programming
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently on end-to-end projects
- Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Tableau or similar data visualization tools
- Experience with statistical modeling tools (e.g., Python, R, Azure ML)
- Solid understanding of healthcare industry or related domain knowledge
- Strong design and data visualization skills
- Experience in applying data quality standards
