Job Details

The Pile Driving Superintendent will provide overall support and leadership to pile driving crews on a project site. They must work closely with Project Management to identify and mitigate project issues that affect safety, quality, budget, and schedule. Set daily work objectives that meet the goals of the schedule and communicate them to the crew while encouraging the crew's input in the setting of the goals. Schedule and request needed personnel as indicated for timely project completion in conjunction with project management Determine and recommend improvements in methods, schedules, and procedures where practical on the project Inspect materials when delivered to ensure they comply with quality standards and specifications. Ensure material is delivered to the construction site per established agreements and in a timely fashion. Meet contract specifications and company quality standards.
