The Safety Compliance Specialist will be responsible for all aspects of health and safety compliance for the area including people and assets. This individual will be responsible for implementing and managing ONEOKs safety process through strong relationships with operations by leading safety training, performing facility inspections/audits, engaging with contractors, as well as reinforcing the companys Health and Safety standards. Essential Functions and Responsibilities. Perform duties necessary to ensure health and safety compliance, including but not limited to oversight of the companys safety training programs, conducting site and contractor incident investigations and safety reviews, conducting hazard assessments, participation in En. Link Midstream public awareness meetings. Develop and conduct monthly training and safety meetings for operations and construction staff.
