We are seeking a Lead Solutions Architect to join our mission of creating the modern and secure developer workplace, where efficiency, security, and innovation converge. This role focuses on shaping the future of application development, DevOps, and data security by working on Citrix's innovative developer platform based on a Secure Cloud Development Environment.

As a Lead Solutions Architect, you will deploy, configure, and optimize secure, scalable solutions that empower developers and enterprises. You will work closely with customers to deploy the platform, optimize infrastructure, and collaborate with engineering to ensure successful implementation. You will also provide hands-on support, drive architectural decisions, mentor engineers, and uphold technical standards.

Key Responsibilities

Personal Leadership

• Deploy and configure scalable, secure, and innovative software architectures for our developer platform.
• Lead the development of features, optimizations, and integrations to enhance the developer workplace.
• Champion strategies to improve customer processes in application development, DevOps, and data security, aligning with the platform's vision.
• Develop prototypes and PoCs to set engineering standards, ensuring alignment with secure development principles.

Cross-team Collaboration

• Contribute to the technical product roadmap, aligning with organizational goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineers, fostering collaboration and learning.
• Work with Product Managers, Sales, and other teams to deliver secure, efficient, and innovative solutions.

Customer Success

• Advocate for best practices in secure development and modern DevOps, based on your experience.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and ensure solutions meet their long-term goals.
• Support platform adoption through training, technical support, and guidance to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior technical roles with expertise in system design and scalable solutions.
• Strong understanding of code development, pipelines, workflows, and DevOps tools.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Kubernetes, containers, and virtualization, with familiarity in Citrix DaaS products.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Cloud Development Environments and developer platforms.
• Understanding of data security practices related to development and deployment.
• Experience leading impactful projects and creating PoCs.
• Exposure to product management or business strategy concepts.

Compensation varies by location and qualifications, with additional rewards such as bonuses and incentives based on performance. NYC ranges: $137,176-$205,764; CA ranges: $143,139-$214,709; Other locations: $119,283-$178,925.
