Depending on business needs, this role may perform a combination of some or all the following duties. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change, or new ones may be assigned at any time with or without notice. As a Business Development Specialist, you will be instrumental in driving Techneaux's continued growth. You'll evaluate and improve business strategies, identify new market opportunities, and strengthen relationships with clients and partners. This position requires strong technical and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to analyze and respond to trends and changes in the market. You'll work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, and Management to expand our impact and profitability.Duties and Responsibilities:Analyze and expand business operations toward sustained growth.Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability.Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies.Identify and develop new lines of business based on consumer behavior.Perform competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share.Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships.Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities.Negotiate and close business deals that promote sustained revenue.Liaise with Sales, Marketing, and Management to align strategies aimed at increasing revenue. RequirementsWhat you will need to be successful in this role:Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software.Advanced knowledge of business development, marketing strategies, and brand expansion.Proven experience in identifying profitable business opportunities and potential clients.Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and competitor behavior.Ability to maintain strong client relationships and establish industry partnerships.Competency in negotiating and closing business deals.Pay Range = $45,000 - $65,000 annuallyFLSA and Employment Status: Exempt; Full-timeTechneaux Technology Services, LLC is an equal opportunity employer, drug-free workplace, and complies with ADA regulations as applicable.
