Provide leadership, guidance, and direction to a team of project managers in alignment with the health system's project management policies, methodologies, and strategic goals
Oversee the development, execution, and maintenance of project plans across multiple initiatives, ensuring consistency in planning and delivery standards
Ensure appropriate resource planning by guiding project managers in stakeholder coordination and identifying cross-project resource dependencies
Monitor and report on portfolio-wide timelines, resource utilization, and budget adherence, escalating variances and proposing corrective actions when needed
Ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of all project deliverables through regular review processes and team oversight
Drive accountability for milestone delivery across all projects under management, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and timelines
Lead recurring portfolio status reviews and provide senior leadership with concise, executive-level reporting, including consolidated dashboards and risk summaries
Identify systemic risks, resource constraints, and recurring issues across projects, and lead resolution strategies and risk mitigation efforts at the program or department level
Foster continuous professional development by mentoring and coaching project managers in project management best practices and leadership competencies
Standardize and oversee the production of project reporting tools, including Gantt charts, dashboards, and executive-level presentations, to ensure clarity and consistency in stakeholder communication

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred
3 years of technical experience preferred
5 years of project management experience preferred
Ability to work with business leaders within the organization is achieve goals
Strong ability to lead and manage multiple complex projects
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Service Oriented
Effective presentation skills
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail
The ability to think creatively to find solutions to complex problems
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a larger team
