JOB PROFILE SUMMARY: The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support business decision-making. This individual will work across departments to ensure data accuracy and optimize processes, helping to drive efficiency, growth, and performance.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Responsibilities:
  • Collect and clean large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure data quality and accuracy.
  • Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business strategies and decisions.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to present findings in an understandable and actionable manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining data models and tools for forecasting, performance tracking, and business planning.
  • Create and maintain queries, reports, and data visualizations to communicate data findings to teams.
  • Perform ad-hoc data analysis and reporting as management or other departments require.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and best practices in data handling.
  • Ensure the accuracy and quality of data used in analysis by developing best practices for data collection and reporting.
  • Assist in A/B testing and experimentation to refine marketing strategies and optimize customer engagement.
  • Work with the marketing team to identify areas where data can be used to improve targeting, personalization, and customer experiences.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 3+ years working big data sets
  • Strong proficiency in Excel required, including complex formulas, pivot tables etc.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI etc.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and data processing tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • History of finding actional insights in data and contributing to data-driven decision making
  • Consultative approach to business partnering, capturing requirements, aligning stakeholders, validating solutions, and documenting outcomes
  • Business acumen with strong understanding of key business metrics and the ability to align marketing analytics efforts with broader business goals
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

EDUCATION (Required and/or Preferred):
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mathematics, Information Technology, Economics, Statistics, is preferred, but equivalent technical certification or relevant work experience will be considered

Schedule :
  • Typical hours Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. but not limited to these hours
  • The schedule may require occasional night/evening and weekend or holiday work
  • This position may require travel to client locations or corporate offices

PRIMARY LOCATION:
  • Remote acceptable - LFT preferred
