Duties

Requirements

• 2-7+ years of experience in defense litigation.
• Experiencehandling personal injury, premises liability, and workers' compensation cases is preferred.
• Strong ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases effectively.
• Excellent advocacy and negotiation skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active membership in the state bar where the position is located (required).
