A Part-Time Retail Sales Team Member is a vital part of our high-performing team, valued for their contributions and empowered to excel. You will understand the importance of your role and take pride in your work!

The anticipated compensation for this role is $15.00 per hour, which may vary based on your location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience.

As an Associate, you and your family will have access to a limited medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, and short-term disability benefits. Eligible team members can also enroll in our company's 401k plan and accrue up to 152 hours of paid time off per year (including PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays). What You'll Do:

• Deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Process various sales transactions efficiently.
• Encourage customer participation in company programs.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills with customers and team members.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary (attendance policy adherence is required).
• Capable of lifting, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling and twisting, as well as safety climbing up/down ladders.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds intermittently, and stand/move for your entire shift.
