The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for data management, personnel check-in, and ensuring accurate record are maintained on daily operations. Responsibilities Supervise control and coordination of vessel loading and unloading, including movement of personnel in a fast paced environment. Knowledge of hazardous materials manifesting/shipping and completing proper transportation documentation. Familiar with Helipass. Conduct orientation and check in personnel. Transfer data into computer files or database systems with 100% accuracy. Update spreadsheets with name changes and verify data by comparing it to source documents. Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested. Complete forms in accordance with company procedures. Maintain compliance of all HSEQ standards and regulations for base and yard personnel. Maintain proper completion and filing of all paperwork and legal documents as required.
