Description:

Responsibilities include inventory control, personnel management, food handling skills as well as monitoring food production, cleaning, sanitation and organization of the entire kitchen and cafe. Must be able to show strong leadership skills such as effective oral and written communication and must be able to effectively motivate and educate by example. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Trains and assists with orientation of new cooks - Documents that established methods, policies and procedures are followed by those supervised through daily inspections. - Supervise patient tray service including planning and preparing master menus. - Process requisitions and supervise production and delivery of catering request - Inform Supervisors and cooks in the management of daily production of all foods and service. - Assists Manager and Assistant Manager in the implementation of all quality and performance issues. - Instructs and trains personnel in techniques of food service and sanitati...Chef, Assistant Manager, Inventory Control, Monitoring, Food Service, Purchasing Manager, Restaurant, Healthcare
