The Child Care Center Teacher is responsible for developing and implementing a rich teaching and learning environment for children, maintaining an organized and safe environment, and implementing daily activities that are developmentally appropriate. The Child Development Center Director will oversee and lead the Child Care Center Teacher in the implementation of the daily activities and ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and guidelines. Key Responsibilities:-Planning and implementing daily program of activities developmentally appropriate based on Louisiana Department of Education Early Learning Guidelines.-Planning and gathering necessary tools (documentation, TS Gold, etc) to assess the needs of the individual child for curriculum planning-Maintaining program quality, adhering to all state licensing agencies and regulations-Possessing knowledge of Teaching Strategies GOLD, Louisiana Pathways, CLASS assessment system, research based practices, developmentally appropri...Teacher, Child care, Development
