In this HR Manager role, you will:

• Partner to proactively identify and solve issues
• Lead a team providing strategic and tactical HR support
• Work closely with business leaders to embed the people element of business strategy
• Monitor employee engagement to ensure a high level of satisfaction
• Provide coaching to associates at all levels in a collaborative, impactful, and consultative manner
• Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects
• Have a voice in management circles
• Deliver results

Required Education and Experience:

• High School education or GED required
• BS/BA in Human Resources or related field, or minimum of seven years HR experience preferred
• Masters degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred
• 5+ years of HR experience across major functional areas required
• Experience partnering with senior management preferred
• Proven experience leading organizational change deployment preferred
