Review project specific Scope of Works and work with operations to develop Bill of Materials for project. Establish Bill of materials (BOM) for each phase, work with buyer to ensure materials are ordered, quantities checked and deliveries are acceptable to operations team to meet timelines. Follow up with vendors to ensure material delivery schedules are on track and timelines met. Work with design team to ensure drawings are accurate and customer requests are implemented. Work with operations supervisors to ensure latest drawing revisions are being utilized on shop floor and older versions removed.
