They are seeking for a Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in managing the onboarding process and ongoing relationship with new clients. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of client projects, from initial engagement through project delivery, ensuring a seamless client experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage client onboarding projects, ensuring smooth implementation and alignment with client goals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating communication between technical teams and clients.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into actionable deliverables.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and track milestones.
• Ensure effective client training and adoption of new solutions.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and manage scope changes.
• Conduct post-project reviews to ensure client satisfaction and identify improvement opportunities.

Skills/Must have:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, particularly in client onboarding and technical projects.
• Strong project management skills with proficiency in Agile or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage client relationships.
• Ability to translate technical requirements into actionable plans and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project, Monday).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
