Position Responsibilities

Engineering Integration Leadership

• Lead and oversee the integration of manufacturing engineering initiatives across multiple production lines and facilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  

Project Management

• Manage engineering projects from concept through implementation ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth integration efforts.
  

Continuous Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in manufacturing engineering.
• Utilize data-driven decision making to optimize manufacturing workflows and enhance quality.
  

Team Development and Collaboration

Prerequisites

• Proven experience in manufacturing engineering and integration leadership roles.
