Job Summary:

As a Golf Sales Trainee at Golfballs.com, you will embark on a journey to become an integral part of our Golfer Support and Sales Development teams. Your primary objective will be to create raving fans among our customers by delivering exceptional service, facilitating seamless order processes, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role offers a unique career path that begins in Golfer Support and progresses to Sales Development and Custom Logo Sales based on your performance and dedication. Key Responsibilities:

• Create Raving Fans: Interact with customers via phone, chat, and email to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues they may encounter with our products or services.
• Provide Frictionless Customer Experience: Assist customers with placing orders, providing updates on order status and delivery expectations, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.
• Support Growth and Improvement: Document customer interactions in our CRM system to help identify trends, improve processes, and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Stay Committed: Demonstrate professionalism, promptness, and attention to detail in all customer interactions and internal communications.
• Be a Team Player: Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver exceptional service and achieve company goals.
