Must-haves to apply for this job:
• Bachelor's degree - Computer Science, Informatics or similar 4-year degree OR 4-6 years related work experience in lieu of degree
• Required 4-6 years' experience Systems Administration, Virtual Server Administration (Microsoft Hyper-V), and Security Administration
• Required 3 years' experience with Microsoft 365 Administration
• Required 2 years' experience with Active Directory, Azure AD sync

What this job is all about:

You'll support and maintain the backbone of our IT systems-keeping things running, secure, and up to date. You'll be solving real-world infrastructure challenges while helping us grow smarter, safer, and more connected.

In this job, you'll do things like:
• Administer on-premise and cloud Windows environments, including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Azure AD.
• Configure and manage Hyper-V virtual servers, clusters, and disaster recovery processes.
• Monitor network performance, administer VPN and wireless systems, and apply best practices for security.
• Lead help desk efforts, provide technical guidance, and maintain documentation.
• Implement IT projects, oversee hardware lifecycle, and contribute to cross-functional technology improvements.

What will give you an edge:
• Certifications like MS 365 Administrator Expert or Cisco CCNP.
