EisnerAmper is looking for a Consulting Manager to support our clients' AI initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business objectives and AI technologies, including machine learning, advanced analytics, and generative AI. A background in product management and a track record of delivering impactful solutions across complex portfolios are essential.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain client relationships and tailor engagements to meet needs.
  • Lead client engagements: conduct discovery, develop strategies, and deliver solutions.
  • Deepen knowledge of AI market trends and tools across industries.
  • Translate client requirements into effective AI/ML/GenAI solutions.
  • Ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Collaborate with teams to extend AI initiatives.
  • Lead, supervise, and mentor staff and seniors.
  • Work extended hours or travel as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 7+ years in product strategy, development, or lifecycle management.
  • 2+ years integrating GenAI into solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Expertise in technology development environments.
  • Experience in professional services or consulting.
  • Ability to manage complex portfolios and stakeholder relationships.
  • Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture.
