Position: Territory Sales Manager

This role involves providing account management, product sales, and marketing support within the assigned territory, focusing on the Pool Solutions group. Based in LA, covering the states of LA, AR, and Gulfport MS, you will develop and support current customers, follow up on marketing and sales activities, acquire new accounts, and drive sales growth within the Pool Solutions group.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and support accounts within the pool and spa industry and support distribution channels.
  2. Analyze sales results and collaborate with management to develop growth strategies.
  3. Support retail customers through regular visits, training, and support to meet sales objectives.
  4. Maintain accurate call reports using Salesforce.com and report key insights to management.
  5. Assist customers with marketing and promotional materials.
  6. Use MS Office, Tableau, and other sales tools to create presentations, analyze market conditions, and support sales efforts.
  7. Participate in trade shows, industry groups, and meetings to promote Solenis products.
  8. Adhere to corporate policies and procedures.
  9. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Regional Sales Manager.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience.
  • Knowledge of the swimming pool and spa industry is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, analysis, and presentation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel approximately 40% overnight within the territory.
