What We Need:

Are you someone who has a strong mechanical aptitude good at problem solving and communication skills? If your answer is YES, then that's where YOU come in, because we are looking for a talent like yours!

The Assembly Technician will be responsible for assembling and testing final-stage components, while working from schematics and instructions. Key tasks include testing, modification, fabrication, and assembly, with opportunities to improve processes and support research.

What you'll bring:

  • Minimum 1-year experience in mechanics, hydraulic and electrical controls
  • Associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school is an asset
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos
  • Ability to adhere to safety policies and procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Basic computer literacy skills
What you'll do:
  • Assembles Wellbore equipment and related sub-assemblies and components assembly fixtures
  • Connects auxiliary component parts. Cable, lines, and accessory units to Wellbore equipment according to blueprints and assembly procedures
  • Fits, trims, aligns, and adjusts parts and components
  • Grinds
  • Tests installed parts and accessories for leakage, continuity, functionality
  • Reworks, repairs, or replaces faulty components
  • Installs valve packages, gears, motors, or other structural assembly
  • Other duties as assigned.
