As a

Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal , you will work closely with attorneys to

manage litigation cases efficiently

using our advanced tech tools. You'll play a crucial role in case preparation, discovery, and trial support while ensuring seamless communication with clients and legal teams.

Assist attorneys in all aspects of personal injury litigationDraft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, subpoenas, and correspondenceAssist in case investigation, gathering medical records, and organizing evidencePrepare and file legal documents in state and federal courtsCoordinate and manage discovery, including propounding and responding to interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admissionCommunicate with clients, medical providers, experts, and opposing counselOrganize trial exhibits, prepare trial binders, and assist with trial preparationMaintain case files, deadlines, and litigation calendarsUtilize case management and legal tech tools to track deadlines and case progressQualifications:

Minimum of

3+ years

of litigation paralegal experienceExperience in personal injury law is

strongly

preferredStrong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and court rulesTech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new legal technologyProficiency in legal

case management software (SmartAdvocate a plus)Experience with

e-filing systems, cloud-based legal tools, and digital document managementSkilled in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, and legal research platformsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitaskParalegal certificate or relevant degree preferredAbout CompanyWe are a fast-growing personal injury firm passionate about helping families navigate the insurance process after serious injuries.
