Minimum Qualifications

Education Requirement: Master's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a closely related field. PhD in the field discipline preferred.

Experience Requirement: Prior teaching experience in engineering coursework at the undergraduate level is highly desirable. Experience in curriculum development and laboratory management is a plus.

Skills Requirement: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to student success and collaborative work with colleagues across all departments and divisions. Ability to work flexible hours and autonomously. Proficiency with educational technology, including online learning platforms, is essential.

Examples of Work: Instructor duties to include, but not limited to instruction of students, contributions to the continued development of the curriculum, participation in professional growth and community service, maintenance of conference and academic advising hours, and participation in committees as assigned.
