FP&A Analyst / Senior FP&A Analyst

Are you a results-driven finance professional with a passion for financial planning and analysis? I'm working with a prestigious aviation company for their dynamic Americas Business Unit, one of the most complex and impactful divisions within our organization. We're seeking an FP&A Analyst or Senior Analyst (depending on experience) to provide actionable financial insights and support strategic decision-making.

What You'll Do:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to drive financial performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support business decisions.
• Analyze complex financial data and present key insights to leadership.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize financial processes and reporting.
• Work extensively with OneStream for financial reporting and analytics.
• Support ongoing improvements and enhancements within our ERP system (Ramco), contributing to greater operational efficiency.
• Utilize tools like Power BI to create impactful visualizations and reports.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
• Relevant experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar finance roles.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling.
• Proficiency in financial systems such as ERP systems, Hyperion, OneStream, and reporting tools like Power BI.
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate complex financial systems.
• Strong communication skills and ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
