To perform manual tasks in order to maintain the cleanliness, sanitary conditions, and appearance of state buildings, facilities, institutions, etc. LEVEL OF WORK:Experienced. SUPERVISION RECEIVED:General from a Custodian Supervisor A. Other reporting relationships may be approved by SCS. SUPERVISION EXERCISED:None. LOCATION OF WORK:All state agencies. JOB DISTINCTIONS:Differs from Custodian 1 by the presence of experienced-level custodial tasks. Differs from Custodian 3 by the absence of advanced-level custodial tasks. Examples of Work 70%Clean and sanitize restroom and bathroom areas using established practices and procedure. Ensure all floors are swept, vacuumed, mopped, and maintained in accordance with Master Cleaning Schedule and as assigned. Refill all restroom dispensers to ensure adequate supply of paper products as assigned.
