We are seeking a Cafe Cook who will be tasked with overseeing and upholding the culinary operations of our designated location on a daily basis.

Duties:

• Complete other duties or administrative request requests as assigned by the Leaders of SLA.
• Ensuring their daily tasks are completed in compliance and following all standard operational procedures.
• Making sure all food and sanitation standards are up to standards.
• Ensure use of proper techniques for maintenance of cleanliness and preparation of food and kitchen.
• Adhering to recipe standards.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in proper order.
• Make sure all prep-work is completed accurately and time.
• Ensuring their daily tasks are completed in compliance and following all standard operational procedures.
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Enforce the use of appropriate methods for maintaining kitchen cleanliness and food preparation standards..
• Adhering to recipe standards.
• Ensure all equipment is maintained in proper order.
• Make sure all prep work is completed accurately and timely.

Qualifications:

• Previous cooking experience is a plus.
• Basic skills in math and using computers.
• Reliable transportation is necessary.
• Enjoys working and being around people, especially children.
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
• Strong dedication to work and teamwork.
• Organized, and skilled in multitasking and prioritization.
• Willingness to undergo a comprehensive nationwide background check and fingerprint analysis.
