About the Role

As a Project Manager, Launch at Coco, you will lead the company's efforts to expand into new markets. Your role will involve creating and refining a structured launch playbook while ensuring seamless city expansions. This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for designing scalable systems that support operational growth. Reporting to the Head of Launch, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure each city launch is executed flawlessly and aligned with strategic business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Launch Strategy & Playbook: Develop, refine, and optimize a comprehensive launch playbook to guide city expansion efforts.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across operations, logistics, merchant onboarding, and government relations to facilitate smooth market entries.
• Proactive Problem-Solving: Identify and address potential challenges before and during launches, implementing solutions to ensure success.
• Process Optimization: Document, standardize, and enhance operational processes to ensure scalability and efficiency.
• KPI Tracking: Measure and report key performance indicators (KPIs) related to launch outcomes and operational effectiveness, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Execution Coordination: Oversee the timely implementation of launch plans, aligning deliverables with business objectives and strategic priorities.
• Leadership Communication: Provide leadership with regular updates on project progress, milestones, and risks, ensuring alignment and informed decision-making.
• Government Relations Coordination: Support the Government Relations team in filing permits, completing city-specific requirements, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.

• Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in project management, particularly in market expansion or operational growth initiatives.
• Exceptional Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Process Builder: Strong focus on designing and implementing efficient, scalable systems to drive operational excellence.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying challenges and ensuring project success.
• Effective Communication: Outstanding ability to collaborate across departments and keep all stakeholders informed and aligned.
• Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, Jira, or similar platforms to effectively plan, track, and deliver projects.
