General Responsibilities:
- Build, expand and solidify relationships with clients at all levels within the company and lead appropriate resources to address the client's needs.
- Process incoming mail from processors, faxes, and service requests, as needed.
- Maintains renewal expirations and binders.
- Manage workflow and adjust priorities as necessary.
- Attend designated CSM meetings; maintain required CE credits.
- Responsible for the day-to-day account management of client records.
- Correspond and maintain contact with producers regarding new and renewal business, as needed.
- Operate a personal computer and appropriate software packages or their equivalent.
- Maintain files, records, and reports
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required.
- Proficient with MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Exceptional telephone demeanor
- P&C License
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Associates or bachelor's degree in a business or financial related discipline.
- 1-3 years' experience in a similar position
