Hiring Two Shop Hands in Broussard, LA

We are seeking two dedicated Shop Hands to join our team in Broussard, LA. This is a full-time, on-site role that offers the opportunity to work in a hands-on environment and grow with our company.

Positions Open:

Experienced Shop Hand

• Leadership role with the responsibility to guide and train the second hire.
• Ideal candidates have prior shop experience, strong leadership skills, and a willingness to mentor.

Entry-Level Shop Hand

• No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining the workshop.
• Organizing tools and equipment.
• Assisting the production team with various tasks.
• Equipment maintenance and other shop duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools (for entry-level, a willingness to learn).
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus (required for the experienced role).
