Description:

Description

Join our Manufacturing team - production, assembly, operation of equipment, and more - and help us deliver an unmatched selection of products made with quality materials and workmanship. The Wax Team creates and refines high-quality wax patterns for the lost-wax casting process. They use a variety of handheld tools, similar to dental instruments, to shape wax and plastic injections from molds. They will inspect the quality of pieces and remove any flaws from the patterns. The separate wax and plastic pieces are combined onto a common sprue rod to create a tree-like structure also used in the lost-wax casting process.

To accomplish this, you will be using a variety of handheld tools, some which are like dental tools. You will create the wax pattern by using a wax injection machine and rubber molds. Then, you will inspect the quality of the wax injection and use the handheld tools to remove blemishes and correct flaws.

  • Inspect & manicure injected patterns to ensure the highest quality part for the casting process

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable team player with strong communication skills
  • Ability to maintain excellent numerical accuracy in a fast-paced environment
