Mercedes Benz Service Greeter
Role Summary:
The service greeter welcomes all customers entering the service area with a friendly, upbeat attitude, answers their questions, and directs them to the appropriate representative or department. This position controls service traffic flow, parking, and will determine if customers coming into service have an appointment. The Service Greeter is the initial contact at the dealership for the arriving service customer.
Responsibilities:
Greet and address all customers and co-workers warmly and with respect
Direct customers to appropriate dealership representative and/or department
Communicate with appropriate dealership staff about customer's arrival and needs
Controls service traffic flow and parking.
Maintains a clean and safe service drive area
Maintains a professional appearance.
Complete additional work duties as required
Communication skills - communicates effectively with others.
Requirements:
* Must be 21 or older due to insurance requirements
* Must have had a valid driver's license for 3 years
* Clean driving record
* Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
* Must enjoy interacting with customers
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
* Time management - managing one's own time and time of others.
* Communication skills - communicates effectively with others.

Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
